The past few months I have been into designing cutting band saw boxes. I found a couple of Gallery’s here on the Island that sell them for me. Some are designs I get from books or the web…with little changes, and others are my own design…turtle and the tree box. Just finished 8 of them along with about 14 wood trivets. Most of the time I use Hawaiian Koa. Those of you that make these know how many hours of sanding go into them. I had a lung problem that put me in the hospital. Now I wear the Trend helmet system that really helps.
